SITE USAGE / CARD SECURITY Making a purchase could not be easier, simpy add the items you would like to purchase, then proceed to 'checkout', fill your details where you will be transferred to 'SWANKY BIKE PAYPAL'. We have chosen paypal as it is a well known, secure easy to use online payment system. That protects both us and you the purchaser. We accept most major credit cards for online orders. You will be asked to enter your card details and the name and the address of the card holder when you place the order. These details will be checked and we may hold an order until we receive the correct details. You will be contacted if we find the card or address details to be incorrect. We only bill your card when your order is ready to be dispatched. PRICING All our prices are inclusive of VAT. While we do our best to ensure prices are up to date and correct, errors may occur and in this case you will be contacted before your order is shipped. Special offers are only for while stock lasts, on a first come first served basis DELIVERY Deliveries can only be made to the address assigned to the credit/debit card used for payment. For orders consisting of multiple items we will post out part of your order if we don't have all of the items requested within 5 days. This will not affect your postage charge. We will only charge for the items posted and the postage charge will be included with the first item. We regret that we currently only offer delivery within the UK. RETURNS Swanky bike conform to the Distance Selling Regulations, which are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don’t fit, you’ve ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don’t like what you’ve ordered. We will however charge £25 for frames/bikes we have to collect if incorrectly ordered, this is to cover collection and admin costs, this will be deducted from your the total amount being refunded. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION GIVEN We put a lot of time and effort into describing and photographing the products we sell using manufacturer's websites, catalogues, and often our own descriptions of the products. Although we aim that every picture and description and price is 100% accurate, mistakes do occur so let us know if you see or read something that isn’t correct. If you have purchased something based on a picture or description or price on the website which turns out to be incorrect we will be happy to replace or refund the product (unused).
